We sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using the website, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserved the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The products will be purchased according to the price at the time the order is completed.
Orders placed by 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) wherever possible. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How to return an item
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bear-Foot. If, for any reason, you aren't then we want to know, so please contact us.
In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched by us.
N.B. Sale items are non-refundable. Items may be returned for credit (unless specifically noted otherwise) and any sale items exchanged may incur additional delivery charges.
Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
1. Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days for your choice of a replacement size or a refund.
2. For all exchange and returns send as email to email@example.com stating the reason for return. We will provide you with a returns number and will confirm the return address.
3. Please use the sticky the label on the top right of your invoice copy on the postal packaging (NOT the shoe box!). This identifies you as the sender and has the invoice number on it that will enable us to process your return request.
4. Return the package to us. As noted in our T&Cs, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
On receipt of the package, we will judge whether the goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered the products unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by us, the products will then be returned to the customer at our expense.
We normally procees a returned item, by giving a refund or sending a replacement, within 7 days of receiving it back. Very occasionally items are lost in the post, again we will arrange for a suitable replacement to be sent but first we ask you wait two weeks from the date of payment to be certain the original pair was in fact lost.
Our returns policy does not affect the statutory right to cancel orders placed.
Remember it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the shoes in their original saleable condition (this includes all packaging associated with the product).
We reserve the right to refuse/accept any order in whole or part . All orders are subject to availability . All descriptions & specifications are subject to change without notice. Bear-Foot has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, exact colour matches are not possible over the internet and therefore actual colours may differ from what you see on screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have received, we operate a returns policy. Children's shoes are not subject to VAT in the UK. The prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery will be made to the address specified. Delivery is made by Royal Mail. For delivery charges, please see our postal rates. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received full monies owed by you. All risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon delivery. Bear-Foot reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new ones on this website. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that customers outside the EU may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon dispatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please contact us.
